‘Maybe You’re the Same as Me’ is a romantic comedy drama novel, a coming of middle-age story infused with 90s pop culture references and lashings of nostalgia.

Music can do a lot of things. It can alleviate stress and govern feelings of reward. It can create a rollercoaster of ups and downs, ranging from the euphoric rush of frisson to the therapeutic catharsis of shared sorrow, not to mention induce the power of nostalgia.
