5.0 out of 5 stars: "I am strong, focused, and ready for any challenge."

My ReaderVerified score is 92%. Author Katie Donaho's, Sports Psychology for Young Athletes is truly heartfelt and inspiring. My favorite quote is, "I am strong, focused, and ready for any challenge." Like any young athlete, staying confident, strong, and focused before, during, and after a game is a tremendous challenge. This guide is full of great advice, both physically and spiritually. The methods she teaches are sound, such as belly breathing, box breathing, and a champion stance. I love her focus on working as a team and on communicating with your coach. The emphasis on faith is powerful and comes through quite beautifully. If you believe in team spirit and that there is something to be learned from a loss, then I highly recommend this book to you.

Thanks John! I truly appreciate you taking the time to read my book, and provide wonderful feedback. My son and his friends are loving the book, too. It makes my heart so happy that I can help kids feel more confident, focused and relaxed during their games. Kids these days undergo so much stress in their activities, and it's great to be able to help them cope with the stress, and teach them how important it is to bring God into their day! Thanks again!!! All the best, Katie
